Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat adult orthopedic and sports medicine patients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions
Manage an expected caseload of approximately 48 patients per week
Conduct evaluations ranging from 30–60 minutes per patient
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation using the NextGen system, supported by AI-assisted documentation tools
Collaborate with PEC, float, and aide support staff to deliver quality patient care
Occasional floating to nearby clinic locations may be requested but is not mandatory

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule including two late shifts per week
Comfort working in a rural outpatient clinic setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
Experience treating orthopedic and sports medicine patient populations
Familiarity with the NextGen documentation system
Flexibility with scheduling structure (open to arrangements beyond standard 5x8s)
