Job Description As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing cell. This involves detailed assembly and operation of various equipment and machinery according to documented procedures. Your tasks may include electronic assembly, casting/coating functions, mechanical assembly, and packaging, all within a controlled cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities - Assemble medical devices and related components using hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and various equipment.
- Clean tools and equipment following documented procedures.
- Perform routine assignments according to specified and standardized procedures.
- Conduct visual inspection and precision measurements on components and assemblies.
- Perform tests on units using computerized test equipment.
- Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools.
- Package devices ensuring all parts are accurate and documentation is complete.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure travelers, shop floor paperwork, and quality documents are accurate and traceable.
- Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices and equipment.
Essential Skills - Assembly
- Machine operation
- Medical device assembly
- Basic English proficiency
- 6 months of manufacturing experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED

Work Environment Work in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment using microscopes and other specialized equipment. The dress code promotes a professional, businesslike image, requiring appropriate clothing without suggestive or derogatory language or images. Jeans must be professionally appropriate, without rips, holes, or stains, and in compliance with Global Gowning Procedures. Makeup, false eyelashes, jewelry, and certain types of clothing are not permitted.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wildomar, CA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
